Know the RED Line

Harassment happens in UK workplaces every day, and most of it is never reported.

Policies tell people the rules. They rarely change what people do. The Red Line is our off-the-shelf campaign for everyone's safety at work. It combines film, interactive learning and campaign materials, built on behavioural science, to shift behaviour across your organisation.

The campaign

What's in The Red Line

The launch film.A story-led film that cuts through corporate fatigue and makes the issue impossible to ignore.
Interactive digital learning.Modules grounded in behavioural science that build practical, everyday skills to recognise, intervene, report and respond.
Campaign collateral.Ready-made materials that take your policy out of the handbook and into everyday conversation.
Implementation guidance.Practical support to roll the campaign out, tailored to your workplace and the situations your people face.

Not tick-box compliance. Real behaviour change, from boardroom to front line, in every sector.

Watching. Do not cross the RED Line.
Sharing. Know the RED Line.
Joking. Know the RED Line.

Why now

From 30 October 2026, the legal duty on employers gets tougher

The Employment Rights Act 2025 raises the bar in the fight against workplace harassment. Employers must take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, not just some. Tribunals will expect every measure reasonably available to an organisation of your size and sector.

All reasonable steps."Reasonable steps" becomes "all reasonable steps". The focus is prevention, not just reacting to incidents.
Third-party harassment.Employers must also protect staff from harassment by clients, customers, contractors and suppliers.
Real consequences.Tribunals can already increase compensation by up to 25% where an employer fails to prevent harassment.
